Presentation Types

Oral Presenters
Speakers will have 30 minutes to present their research and respond to questions.

Poster Presentations
Posters will be on display for the entire Conference. A special poster session will give delegates a focused opportunity to browse the displays and address any questions or comments to the presenter. If you prefer to present a poster, please note this when you submit your proposal.

For the first time, a cash prize will be awarded to the best poster prepared by a student!

Conditions
All presenters are required to register as a paying delegate where they are also responsible for their own travel and accommodation expenses. Discounted registration fees will be available for presenters. Presenters are also invited to submit a manuscript summarizing their research or presentation for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings. We will be requesting manuscripts by June 29, 2012 for publication and distribution at the Event. Manuscripts enhance the exposure for your research and offer a great publication opportunity, but are not mandatory. All oral and poster presenters will be sent the manuscript instructions as soon as the review process is complete.
