Canadian Water and Wastewater Association (CWWA)Treatment Technologies' Database |
The information contained in this database includes current and emerging technologies used to treat water in all services and many sectors. It is a web-based database and can be searched and modified on-line.
Users are invited to submit suggested modifications to entries to improve the information at hand. To date the database has NOT been verified and/or confirmed by specialists in the field, but serves to provide users with a start to finding technologies potentially useful for their specific application.
There is an input form to propose new entries to the database, whether it be a new technology, more details on an existing technology or a need for research. This database will link to the Research Database currently being developed.
It is hoped that, through the use of tools such as this web-based database, industrial, municipal, commercial , academic and agricultural sectors will share their resources and knowledge leading to some consistency in approach to water and wastewater management in Canada.
