Advice |
| What Worked Well: The program represents a successful public-private partnership between Shlumberger and the City of Kelowna. Launching an educational program at the same time as the metering program was undertaken and the continuation of the program over the year before metered water rates actually commenced. In this way, the program was able to explain the new rates and the impact of seasonal water use on the water bill. |
