  • Ontario Clean Water Agency
    The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) is a Provincial Crown Agency with a mandate to provide reliable and cost-effective water services in the Province of Ontario. OCWA is a leader in the operation, maintenance and management of water and wastewater treatment facilities and their associated distribution and collection systems. OCWA operates over 400 facilities ranging in size from small municipal wastewater lagoons and pumping stations to large urban water treatment and distribution systems. OCWA competes for contracts in the open marketplace, using its contract revenues to recover the cost of service delivery. In addition, the Agency provides a wide range of professional project management and advisory services.

    Windsor Utilities Commission will provide safe, reliable production and distribution of potable water in acordance with Ontario Ministry of Environment Regulations and customer and fire protection requirements at a reasonable cost.
